1. No Return Policy (IMPORTANT)
Due to the nature of Ayurvedic medicines and wellness products, Trayom Health does not accept returns once the product has been delivered.
This policy is in place to ensure:

2. Damaged or Incorrect Product Policy
If you receive a damaged, leaked, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Mandatory Requirement for Claim
A clear, uncut video of opening the package from start to finish is mandatory.
The video must clearly show:

Sealed outer package
-
Complete opening process
-
Visible damage, leakage, or incorrect product
⚠️ Claims without an opening video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
3. Replacement & Processing Timeframe

Return requests (where applicable) are reviewed within 3–4 days

Damaged or defective items are verified and processed within 4–5 working days
-
Replacement products, once approved, are dispatched and delivered within 3 working days
If you receive any damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will re-deliver an exchanged or replacement product within 5–6 working days, subject to verification.
4. Refund Policy
Once a refund is approved after internal verification and quality checks:

The refund amount will be credited to the customer’s original bank account or payment method within 3–4 working days.
Refunds are processed only for eligible cases and after successful claim approval.
5. Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following situations:

Incorrect usage of the product
